It was a very simple and stress-free process. I looked up the availability online and called to reserve over the phone and they honored the size of unit I needed, plus the online discount. And within the hour I went to the front office, filled out paperwork and paid fees. It took about 15-20 minutes to go over everything and to get my gate code, which wasn’t bad at all.
