No attendant at the place when there was suppose to be one there according to their schedule. Called the phone listed and no one answered. Got a hold of on of the owners said they would resolve the issue. A month later still waiting for the resolution.
Ms Darlene is a great employee
Darlene dedication is such a wonderful thing to see, her customer service is very good and well spoken.
Darlene is such a sweetheart, very helpful with any information I may need she never has me guessing! She is super patient and nice I just admire her dedication.
Update 4-8-26 - Got a call this AM from Boris, the district manager who presented as if he didn't know why he was reaching out when the first statement out of his mouth was "I heard you had some concerns with the unit". When I responded with, you know exactly my concern I need to know if you are moving the rate back down from the 40% increase. He responded with. "Did you mean the market rate?".
