RecommendedStore 0557: Starlin Ortega did an excellent job explaining the rental agreement, door entry, and hours of operation thoroughly. I received a discount (as a new a customer i presume) and believe the pricing structure to be fair. I would recommend this CubeSmart facility to others.
I had my unit auctioned in march and althogh I had some sentimental items there never found out who bought the unit, although Efraim was always helpful, the rest of the staff was always unfriendly and never wamted to deal with them. Will never recommend Cubesmart to anyone. everytime you turned around they always were raising the storage unit rental fees.
