CubeSmart is a great storage company. I have been a long-time customer. Their facilities are clean, safe and easy to get around in. Moving in 2 years ago was a breeze. When my lock broke, they readily supplied a new. Allison the store manager is very helpful and always seems available to answer questions and solve problems. More recently Allison was very helpful when I could not empty my unit on my own. She was able to assist and handled all the details.
Allison was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She made getting a storage unit simple and easy. I was in and out within 15mins.

I have been with cubesmart off and on for many years. Their prices are competitive and although no place is 100 percent safe i feel safe knowing my belongings are there. Norma at the desk is super helpful and with the interactions i have had with her shes always understanding and caring and i know if i have a question for sure she can help me with it.
Today I visited CubeSmart on N. Shepherd in Houston, TX and the front GM Allison was so nice, welcoming, helpful, and patient! This location was clean and organized. She was able to help me with a last minute reservation for my stuff and she went above and beyond to even call other locations to cover all my options. I ended up staying at Allison’s location and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for storage in the Houston TX area to visit this CubeSmart! Thank you Allison for making this a quick and easy experience!
