I had my storage here for about 9 months. It has been a great experience. I've rented from other places before but if I ever need storage again, CubeSmart in the Heights is my choice! It's clean, safe, and consistently has carts available. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
I volunteer for a non-profit and we have had our storage unit here for several years. In the interest of saving money so we can offer more scholarship dollars, I asked the office if they had smaller units for less money. They understood our situation and were SO helpful! We found the perfect unit for the right price and they worked with me on the move in date so I wouldn’t have to pay for both units until my next rent due date. I highly recommend CubeSmart. It is also easy in and out!!
Wonderful experience! I paid for 3 months storage in a 10x10, moved out the day before the 3 months ended. Everything went well with no trouble.
Madeline got us set up with our unit super fast and was extremely pleasant.
