I just wrote a great review, but when I tried to pay my bill via the office (as I have been doing to save the "fee" that is charged when I use their call center for over a year) was told that I could not do that any more. So out of my busy day, I can drive there and drop my payment off, pay on line for a fee or use the call center for a fee... Another rip off... Its a good place on the site level, but the corporate greed leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Guess its time to start to find another place. Such a shame... Gr... read more
Been with this location for over a year and very happy with them. Staff is wonderful and place is clean. Only issue is the BIG rate increase after the first year, but still there..
Safe and clean place to store your household items and they have a moving truck I can use when I sign a new lease. The managers are very accommodating whenever I need help. I consider their storage price is very competitive with other storage and I always get the best value for my buck. Just ask the young gentlemen name Erik.He'll take good care of you.
We have had a great experience using Self Storage Zone as our main place of storage. First of all, the location is perfect. We don't have to drive through the center of DC, in an endless maze of small streets to bring our shipment down. Secondly, these guys will go over and beyond to make sure your needs are met. If I could leave a zero I would. I became a customer in August 2014. I was in search of a storage facility to house my personal belongings preparing for the sale of my home. I purposefully asked about the safety and crime at this location and was assured there were 24hour camera's covering the property and any necessity to review footage associated with my unit would be allowed.
