Office staff was nice...when I reserved the storage unit online the manager called me and went over some things. Next day my brother and I went in to do paperwork. They require you use their insurance for the first month then make sure you get your own. Bring your own disk lock to show or buy one of theirs. Ask them where your unit will be and be sure to go find it!
