So, I was told to call the city for not being able to safely drive into your facility? I was also told the other gate cannot be used for entry. And you state your prices are competitive? Then why am I paying $191.00 when your current ADVERTISED 10X10 price is $103.00??? Does that seem fair to you? And I have NOT been contacted regarding rent considering I can't drive in there. Easy to rent on line. The grounds are clean and so was the locker. Staff is courteous and helpful. The app is easy to use. Price is reasonable.

I've been using this storage location on S Havana in Denver, for over a year have always found it to be safe and clean. I highly recommend it the staff pays attention to the details.

Worker here knowingly let's homeless people pass through the secured gates all day, and she selectively and unethically harasses tenants she chooses. This person uses her job as a vehicle for hate and discremination. The treatment I've received at this location is drastically different than the treatment other tenants receive at this location. It's literally one worker at this location that lives on site and doesn't do her job consistently like all the others do fact.
