CubeSmart should compensate people for their time when the owner destroys their unit with the front end loader. Also when you damage a unit and expose it to the element s and prevent it from locking you should probably let the renters know. Another thing, fixing it is not piling the broken pile of bricks up and tossing some plastic underneath. i had a unit that would not lock for a month, then had to take a day off work and borrow a truck and bring a friend to move my 10×20 storage unit. RecommendedJana was very courteous and displayed superior customer service during our visit to the Smoky Hill facility. She showed us the sized storage facility we had previously reserved and after viewing the space, we realized we needed one slightly larger. Jana was more the willing to accommodate the change for us on the spot and had everything set up quickly. We were extremely pleased and would recommend to others.
Excellent customer service! They bent over backwards to say hello to every customer that came.
