Great customer service!! Chris was professional and helpful in choosing a unit to fill my storage needs.
Rat feces everywhere. Damaged furniture. Unprofessional staff. DO NOT put anything of any sort of value in these units.
All in all it was a nice experience. As Terry Hall said, the final cost for "first month free" was quite shocking, I did the math and never could come up with this cost but Chris at the storage unit was very nice, informative, and helpful. Connie Miller
I was not happy at all, we only had 1 day to find storage, and cubesmart said 10 % off, at around $55.00, and half off 1st months lease, so that should be around $28.00. we got there, and instead of $28.00 the charges for the smallest unit they have 5 by 10 ft, the first months fees were $81.00. we did not have time to look for another place, so we paid it anyways, but I felt like it was a scam, I am very disappointed, the owner or management should be ashamed $81.00 is way more than the $28.00 that was advertised,
I thing is the best place you can trust for your space need i like it and i appreciat it!!!!
