RecommendedA couple of the buildings at this location were flooded by the recent rains. While it did take a while to notify the tenants about the problem, the staff did bring in cleaning teams to help us sort through our losses, re-box what was salvageable, and to start the claims process. It was and remains a tough situation for all, but the management team and those they brought in to help did what they could to make the process less difficult.
The ladies are very friendly and professional. Price is right.

I am highly unsatisfied with the service give today. I was sprayed with chemicals by a contractor that pressure washes. It smelled like pool water. The district manager hasn't call me yet and it's been hour and half. To avoid conflict, my husband and I left and now we can't find his phone. His phone is turned off and probably stolen. It's a iPhone and it will be found. I hope corporate will rectify this situation. Public Storage doesn't have trucks, but at least you are treated like a person. I felt like less than a citizen.
