Says temperature controlled and claims to be cleaned upon rental. I can guarantee my OUTSIDE unit is not temperature controlled and the amount of debris left in my unit among foliage is laughable if this is their standard. Customer service told me I could get the military discount because I’m a veteran and the representative at the store says active duty only so maybe a miscommunication within the company. 🤷🏽♀️
Eric at CubeSmart was incredibly helpful and patient as I took my time deciding on the right storage unit. Unlike other places with impersonal virtual assistants, having Eric there in person made all the difference. His friendly and professional service ensured I found exactly what I needed. The unit has a paper posted on the inside stating that it was cleaned and inspected but when I got there I had to oil the hinge in order to open my unit. Then I had to clean it out from all the dirt leaves and bugs. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed.
