Great smooth experience with cube smart! Moving was seemless with them !!
This company has it going on! They were the cheapest I researched and the 'ease of use' is impressive. I checked in on Memorial Day. They were closed, but I was able to reserve my unit, pay, then get my keys all by my lonesome. Really smooth process. The day after moving in I got a call from the location manager checkin in on me to make sure everything went as promised. They exceeded expectations.
I’ve been trying to reach someone via phone/voice messages/emails at this location for over a month regarding my Unit. No response. Until I hear back from someone my review will remain as is.
Chris was very helpful and thorough. very welcoming figure.
