Originally they tried to tell me my reservation was for a larger (more expensive) unit than I had reserved. He told me the system showed that is what it was. I went through my emails & found the email from Cube smart that outlined the exact size & (what I thought was) the exact payment of my unit. I later found out hidden fees that come with this unit. I purchased a unit and it was not big enough I asked for a bigger 1 they wanted me to pay all over again for a new 1 and I haven’t even been a customer for 24 hours!!!
