I've been using Cube Storage for about two years. It was time to purge and downsize my unit. I called ahead and spoke with Ms. Siobhan McGee and she was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me identify a new storage space that would accommodate my storage items. It took me about two weeks to get back with her and I changed my mind about the unit I needed. I was very pleased with how I was treated. Maricela was courteous and professional. It is a convenient location. I only saw the ares where I am renting. It was clean. I have used many self storage spaces during my life. This place is better than most and as good as any other I have used.
Id dont like the fact that they dont supply trash disposal and that they refuse to work with there loyal customers and most of the staff are rude

Apart from CubeSmart being Low Cost Storage don't expect much. They're not handicap-accessible nor do they allow you to dispose of your trash on site. In fact they charge you if you wish to throw away trash bags on site. Otherwise you are expected to take them with you and being in the middle of nowhere that is difficult especially if you do not have a car.
