RecommendedThey have the best most professional people. Ed ar the West Hempstead location is a stand up guy. All staff are courteous and helpful. They work with you and will not try to rip you off. My moving people who know many storage facilities were very position about location. Had many horrible experiences at competitors' storage facilities but not here.
Excellent location, friendly staff and convenient and clean storage facilities. Ed was remarkably efficient and fun. I missed seeing Jennifer when I stopped by to chose my storage room. I remembered her from a few years ago. What a great team.

Its.a very clean.and..quite Atmosphere.
The whole process was pleasant and efficient. From reserving online to meeting with Jennifer explaining everything and showing me the unit and how to access it. The free truck for 4 hours was great.....moving boxes/containers has never been easier. Thanks to Ed also.
