I am extremely unhappy with Cubesmart's policy that requires renter's insurance in order to sign a lease and the way they require their staff to handle it. I have my own renter's insurance but when I brought my documents in on moving day the Cubesmart agent misunderstood my policy and required that I buy their insurance. It is standard that personal renter's insurance covers stuff in storage! It appears that Cubesmart will do their best to be sure you buy their insurance regardless of what you already have. The manager was the nicest person I ever have to deal with. Even my 2 kids noticed that he was a 5 star employee and encouraged me to leave a review. highly recommend to ask for William if you need a storage space there

They have rodents (Mice) running threw the facility that eats threw your furniture. The first thing they tell you to do is call the insurance company. Well guess what...... The insurance you pay for monthly does not cover damage from rodents. So who pays for the damages?????????? Good question right!!!
