I haven't even been using cubesmart for 3 years yet but they've managed to raise my rent more then $20 per month THREE TIMES! For what? What has improved to justify $199 a month?! I'm out as soon as I can find another spot and a truck.
The staff was super duper awesome. The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. Lee, the Manager at the Brooklyn Stanley Avenue branch was EXCELLENT!!!
I visited the Stanley Avenue location where the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly while this is my first time using self storage they were very patient and answering all of my questions and showing me the best product for my money I was assisted by a manager by the name of Jeremy who took me on a tour of the location and explained all amenities before we actually started the mental process while completely release we met with general manager Lee Thomas who continue to assist in my moving process these two gentlemen w... read more
