Terrible customer service! Must not need the business. I've called this agency multiple times, left multiple voice messages requesting a call back and still nothing. Much to my surprise I was finally able to reach someone. I asked if I had the best number to reach her to which she responded, "Yes." I explained to her that I was interested in her services and would like to schedule a time to get together to set it up. She told me she would have to call me back. That was a week ago.
Advertising that they are in lauLau, but no where near!! Not cool!!
