Working with Lesia was a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. She even offered to let me see the storage unit to ensure it was the right fit for me before renting it. I am really happy I decided to rent at this Storage Center and would highly recommend!
They have helped me for the last few years store all my stuff safely. They have provided excellent customer service! Lesia Hayes was friendly, and so incredibly helpful when I was unloading my storage. When I got locked out of my unit, she called the locksmith and stayed later to insure I could get in that day! And on top of that she when I first met her she recognized my voice and remembered our conversations over the phone! When I have to store things in Baton Rouge I would def. Come here!
Lesia Hayes was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough during the process of renting 2 units in different sizes. She also made sure they were close to our other units and that the doors were functioning properly. My crew says she has been extremely help on a regular bases. Thanks for the awesome service Lesia!
