Judy was amazing and she did help me out at my time of need and had a wonderful conversation with her and loved Judy look forward to seeing her again
Would never get a storage unit with them after seeing how they are doing business with my family.. be weary they are only good once you are starting out and then no one answers and communication is horrible.
The process was quick and easy. I helped my dad with getting a storage unit. Only thing I’d say doesn’t deserve 5 stars her name being erica we spoke with on the phone. She was rude to both my father and myself. Instead of talking to us, she was talking at us. Ended up speaking with Judy N. and was very nice and rectified everything from the situation. Ms. Judy was very polite and very helpful. The office was very tidy and clean, an I do believe the bathroom was even cleaner(if possible)! She always goes above and beyond for me😁
