Jennifer was very helpful & professional and made the experience quick & easy. It felt more like dealing with family vs. big business, and I would recommend them to anyone with storage needs. My experience was excellent. This was my first time having to rent a unit of any kind and cube smart made it so easy. I had called first, while I was on the way to the building and by time I got there everything was already for me. The employee was so nice and smiley. I was very happy. And I got my first month free with the promotion that was going on.
I have rented from American Storage and now CubeSmart! I rent from CubeSmart becase, Mrs. Judy is the best! She's always smiling and cheerful! Any time I need a unit she is there to help me out with what ever I need. I love Mrs. Judy! I feel safe knowing she is there. The customer service is great! The staff are so freindly and helpful!
Used to work for American Storage for over 4 year. Rented a unit when I moved out of state. CubeSmart took over. Rent went up many times & i said forget it. They sold the unit which was ok with me. Every since I keep getting bills. I requested the info on how much it sold and what was actually sold for but with no answer. I have requested it a few times in the last year but no answer to it. I got another bill on it today and still haven't got answers i need. I dislike CubeSmart Greatly on how they run this business.
