The process was quick and easy. I helped my dad with getting a storage unit. Only thing I’d say doesn’t deserve 5 stars her name being erica we spoke with on the phone. She was rude to both my father and myself. Instead of talking to us, she was talking at us. Ended up speaking with Judy N. and was very nice and rectified everything from the situation. She also helped us find the correct lock closure for the storage unit. Thank you again for speaking with us.
