The worst storage facility I've ever been stored at the lady is very disrespectful does not show no empathy or gratitude Im thinking about going back to U-Haul I was in my storage facility straightening up my stuff when I was getting ready to leave I asked her can I use the restroom she said sorry the past 6:00 pm mind you I'm already in the storage unit just inconsiderate and ridiculous so out of 1 to 10 in rating I give this place a -10
It was very easy to reserve the unit online and very friendly staff I just wish the gates were a little easier to access your codes as you're in your vehicle so you don't have to exit the vehicle to enter the code in
