If anyone uses this place to store stuff move ur stuff. 2 women and a man stole my truck from this place. They hooked up a trailer also stored there to my truck drove off right in front of the office with the manager there. She wouldn’t let us watch the video. The day before the 2 lady’s was driving around taking pics of everything.
RecommendedI delivered my RV over there yesterday, and made a wrong turn, but the managers came out & helped me get my rig back on track & m'ombacked me so I wouldn't hit anything. Great service!
Kristi has been helpful and creative in helping me move from a 10X20 unit to a 10X30 when I had additional space needs. She and her staff are always attentive and cheerful when I need to conduct business in the office. Thanks, Kristi!

Friendly, exceptional service, going above and beyond to help meet the changing needs of our pantry. Stephanie is to be commended on her professionalism, but most importantly, her attentive and joyful commitment to provide the best for her customers. I'm a very satisfied customer for three years!
I walked in 10 mins before closing time but still received exceptional service and a warm welcome. Stephanie in the main office was great! She quickly got me set up with a 10x20 storage at one of the best prices I'd found around town. She seemed very knowledgeable about the storage facility and was able to answer all questions that I had. So we are of to a good confident start in my opinion and I am thrilled to have found a place so close to home with such a friendly beginning.
I rented two climate controlled units for 2 and a half years. I gladly purchased their 'worry free' insurance which touted 'water damage' protection. When I emptied my units in June, boxes were dripping with water. A mattress and box springs were wet, musty, and rusted because of the water. Furniture was covered with mold. My insurance claim has been denied. How can climate controlled include dripping wet items? I didn't appreciate price increases without notice, but this water damage and denying claim is wrong.
