RecommendedI have been a customer with CubeSmart at 9447 Diana for 4.5 years. The property is clean, protected and maintained by Julia and Anita. These two women are awesome. They are polite, courteous, accommodating. If you need anything within reason, they deliver. They are the main reason I am keeping my unit with CubeSmart. Thank you ladies for great customer service and retention.

I had a horrible experience. The person working with me appeared "altered" and couldn't remember what she was doing. I was told they had locks available at the site; which they didn't. Fine. Would you find out if you have some stored? 2 hours later...none. Ok, fine. Can we hurry this along so I can go get one from WM? "Well, I need your insurance binder/declaration page from USAA." I emailed it. I faxed it. I called USAA to fax and email it...."It has to say how much liability"....It does. "Oh" After 2-3 hours being there...... read more
