I booked my storage unit online and was confused about how to pay. When I called with questions about payment. The call was routed to an answering service, and the representative was not very helpful. She told me that if I didn't provide a credit card over the phone, I would lose my reservation. I explained that I preferred to call back the next day when someone from the office was available and specifically asked that my reservation not be canceled.
