Hidden fees everywhere then they'll raise your rates. +$12 a month for "insurance" and then +$29 for "one time" fee. So scummy.
First I'd like to say thank you for such great customer service. Also the place is so very clean. And the storage rooms are clean and the controlled temps are spot on. It's easy to set up on line and the folks are so awesome! Thanks Cube Smart. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFFER A FRIEND
We’ve been renting here for several years. Mostly we have been satisfied the only complaints would be the smell (often the third floor smells odd - this wasn’t how it was a few years ago). And the constant increase in pricing. They make no real attempt to keep you once your promo rate has expired.
