Great place third time renting. My experience recently was great. Sunny and Autumn were exceptional. Service and follow up the best. Would use them again in a heart beat.
Autumn and Sonny are keeping a sharp ship on the loop in NB. . Gosh are they helpful! If they don't have an answer or option they pick up the phone and get one! They patrol 3x a day and make sure all units are safe and secure. The NB loop location has easy access turn lane into the parking lot . The facility is ‘brand new kind of clean’ though they have been there 5 yrs. Everybody was very accommodating to us while we used CubeSmart. They even called us once when we didn't fully lock a locker so that it could be secured.
Great storage facility. I had a unit there for about 7 years. It’s clean, no dust, no critters, friendly and helpful staff, easy access yet very secure. Never had a problem.
