Great service
If you want your rate to go higher and higher then this is the place for you. We have rented from them for the last 15 months and they are charging us over twice the rate that is advertised online. When we called them about it they told us there was nothing they could do about it. The advertised rate for our unit online is $65 and yet they charged us $152 last month. They increased our rent $30 in one month without warning. Do not rent from CubeSmart!!! They will take advantage of you!
Been storing here for about 2 years and it is the perfect storage unit experience. I had just consolidated to a smaller unit and Sonni helped make it a super quick and easy experience. Very helpful and exactly the kind of person you want managing your storage facility. Grateful for this place and how easy everything is.
Sunny and Autumn were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience interacting with both Sonni and Autumn. Recieved my rental information and credentials swiftly after completing purchase online. I've used this facility before and so far I'm glad to be using it again.
