The young person who helped us was very polite. Explained everything to me and my daughter she even double checked that my lock would work. She explained entering and exiting the property. She walked us down and showed me the unit I had getting, then walked us back in and we were on our way.Based on my initial experience I would definitely recommend Cube Smart!
