Paying for a climate control unit and their A/C has been broken for 2 years. No compensation for ruined items or attention to the matter. They wait till winter comes and ignore the matter and then claim its too expensive to fix over the summer. Don't waste your time and money!

Excellent customer service the lady that helped me was very nice and friendly. She listened to me and told me about some great offers they have the U haul trucks. Got me together and rolling. Thank you so much 👍.
