Such a great experience!! Tiffany was patient, kind, explained things well to my daughter and I. We had a mishap (ordered wrong size truck) and she was able to help us straighten things out with ease. Tiffany is just good energy. inside CubeSmart it smells so good and it is so clean and organized! I would definitely recommend for moving truck rental.
Susan and Tiffany were both amazing and very helpful! They made the whole process smooth and easy, and their customer service was excellent. It’s always nice dealing with people who are friendly, patient, and willing to help. I really appreciate both of them for making my experience a good one. Thank y’all for the great service! 😊
Susan was an absolute ANGEL! She arrived early for work and saw that I needed some help with my new unit. She was patient, kind, informative and a total professional. We need more people like Susan in the world. Thanks so much for making a stressful situation positive and smooth!!
Great and friendly customer service with fair pricing
