I have had a large unit here for over 15 years. The new management is very difficult to work with. I highly recommend you choose a different company. They expressed to me that they are happy to lose the business of three customers when we tried to condense our units to save money. My son rented an xlarge unit ( that was really 2 separate units side by side with a wall in between and one was behind a door) with the intent of him bringing his stuff and me adding my things. I scheduled a tour with the manager and she was really helpful during a stressful time. That really meant a lot.
The manager of this facility is a major asset for the company. She is knowledgeable, professional, genial and very service oriented.
I’ll be moving to Florida soon and called to get pricing. I spoke with the store manager, Lakeisha. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Patient with all my questions.
Lakeisha was a wonderfully helpful young lady. The facility was very clean and felt quite safe.
