We recently moved out of this location. We originally moved in when it was an Extra Space Storage a couple of years ago. When Public Storage purchased it, the build fell into disrepair. The elevators did not work for a period of months so our Large equipment was stuck in our unit for a couple of months were we could not use it to work. We all have different views and opinions like every family does but one thing we all agree on is. ANDRIA and her warming heart and ability to turn a bad situation into a happy outcome. 1st day. Move in day. So far its bad. Unit is so dirty, rope came off the door and now my very short self cannot close and lock my unit. No property management here. They are not answering the phone. I called 866# for customer svc. They cannot reach the property manager either. Agent said he called the emergency number as well with no success.
