Kelly is awesome! The customer service and speed and efficiency there are second to none. The facility could use some repair here and there but all in all, I’m very pleased.
I looked at a number of neglected or poorly maintained mini starage facilities and wasn't content until I found CubeSmart in Winter Park. They had an onsite manager, inside and out were clean and orderly, i got exactly what I wanted and answers to all my questions. Kathy walked me through the details of having conents of a Pod delivered from across the country and it went smoothly. I like knowing my belongings are safe and secure.
