I just want to shoutout Kelly for her great service. We had made a reservation to look at a unit and called to say we would drop by a little after 5 (we thought they were open until 6). She called us back to let us know they were closing at 5. We were able to make it in around 450 and she was great and helpful the entire time. Thanks for helping us get our unit set up!!!!
The woman is Kelly. The process was very simple, good humor and good energy were not lacking while he explained everything about the place. A very charismatic and dedicated woman, guys, come and see her. The prices are great.
What a wonderful experience at CubeSmart 6875 University Blvd. location. It’s not everyday you get excellent customer service and when you do, it’s important to note it. Kathy was exceptional.
