This is the worse storage unit company in Pensacola. I was helping my friend rent a unit and when we arrived she decided to upgrade to a 5×10 and the lady at the front desk told my friend that she didn't owe anything more so she paid for the unit. And then a few days later I went to the unit to get some of her things out just to find out they put a red lock on it so when I went to the front desk to find out why they wouldn't give me anymore information even though I'm listed as a contact person.
