I rarely leave a review because I don't have the time. But I stopped my day to make sure that I say thank you to Erica and Beverly at the CubeSmart self storage . Erica thank you for going back and forth with my craziness and helping me get the correct space I needed. A piece of mind I have knowing my belongings are safe secure in this facility. Thank you again
Outstanding 5-star experience at this storage facility. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff, their dedication is evident. Ericka is incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is spotless. It is clear everyone takes great pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this storage facility.
PLACE HAS MOLD I paid extra for a “climate-controlled” unit at CubeSmart, but my belongings were significantly ruined by mold. Insurance wouldn’t cover it, and CubeSmart took no responsibility. Climate control here only means temperature, not humidity — a total waste of money. Do not trust them with your valuables.
Excellent service from Beverly. Provided all the key details so getting established was easy. Very friendly...I greatly appreciate the warm hospitality.
