I rented a storage unit online. When I got there to sign for it I was asked to give a good review the first day. The manager has employees do this so it looks like this place is great. Here’s a real review though. The elevator is always so hot you can barely breathe in it. It might be ok if you’re not moving your stuff in and out but it’s a storage company where people are already hot from lifting several boxes then you have to get in and out of the elevator where it’s like 90 degrees. The storage units are small compared to other places and they raise the rate once you’ve moved your stuff in within the first few months. Mine went up $15 a month just in 2 months. There’s a lot of better more affordable places around.

Location is great (easy access from turnpike or 528). Beverly was helpful, professional and friendly. She gave us options and even advice as to what kind of unit we needed for the items we were storing. We have two other units woth Cubesmart in Ft Lauderdale, so we had a certain expectation for service and this location was above that.
