The staff was very friendly respectful,.and informative. The office was clean clean organized. The grounds are well kept. The buildings are newly painted. The unit is clean and secure through multiple locked entrances. Once registered with a unit, I can use my gate access code through the Cubesmart app to open said locks with ease.
Super nice staff! They got me a great deal on a 10x10 locked in at a good rate! Super happy.
Very good to deal with, Vicky was awesome from the beginning till the end.
I have been there for almost 2 years and I never had a problem with my storage unit customer service is awesome very friendly and prices are reasonable so if u need a storage unit go to CubeSmart they are awesome😁
Let me just say that Vicky was awesome! Very friendly, great attitude. She was training a new employee and she was not stressed or anything. You never really expect anything when renting a storage unit but this was actually a breath of fresh air. Thank you Vicky! Great service and great price!
