We appreciated the great customer service provided by Vicki, the manager, as well as by Kelly. Vicki was very helpful in trying to accommodate our needs. Quick and easy process for renting a unit. Facility was very clean. The only draw back is that the carts provided are too small. It would be nice to have bigger carts to facilitate moving items in and out of unit.
Absolutely outstanding service! Kelly was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the storage rental process smooth and stress-free. She truly made me feel like a valued customer. The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained. I’m so glad I chose to store my things here. Thank you, Kelly!
Wish they had complimentaty coffee. I bought them a coffee maker last year for the customers but they had no more K cups available when I asked for a cup yesterday. Kelly was awesome and the new paint at the facility looks great
