I’m only leaving this review for the store manager of cubesmart in Orlando, Raynesha. She is beyond amazing. These days businesses and corporations don’t focus on customer service. However, Raynesha is awesome. She radiates positivity and she is beyond helpful. Before entering the building I was met with her gracious spirit and warm heart. I’m grateful I got to meet someone with such a sweet spirit.
Raynesha was a delight and sweetheart. She was so informative and kind. She allowed us to see unit before starting account, setting us up was a breeze. She had us set up in a short time and spoke to us so kindly and very helpful. Grateful we looked CubeSmart up and came here. Thank you so much Queen. Blessings.
Raynesha went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase of the storage unit. She showed me a few options they had and also explained their fees, legal documents and agreements. I appreciate her help and patience as I asked numerous questions. She was so polite and kind.
