Very disappointed! I was told I can reserve two units for free 1st month rent. I visited in person twice to look at the units that would fit my needs weeks before. When I decided what I needed I went to get the 1st unit. I was advised I couldn't get 2 units for 1st month free. Therefore I paid full price so I could get the 2nd unit free for the 1st month. I have had other units in the past at other facilities. This experience has restored my faith in humanity.. Briana, who I believe is the manager is top notch. If she is not the manager she should be. She is always willing to help and find solutions. Dealing with storage is never fun but the staff and facilities at CubeSmart White Plains make it easy. I would recommend Briana and her team looking for affordable and clean storage.. 5 stars!!!
I rented a unit today and the process was very easy due to the great assistance from Harik. He showed me the unit I would be renting and quickly had me set up and at the price and terms on the web site.
