I had an excellent experience with CubeSmart. The customer service was outstanding—staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from move-in to access.

Safe clean and great staff. Only issue for me was rising monthly cost. Grateful for the terrific help by Chantal and Luigi - so pleasant and informative!
