Have been a customer for years. Great service from the office manager. Giving a four star as I’m not a fan of how the corporate office runs the pricing and we’ve had some issues here and there with no carts available to bring things to and from our unit. But it’s an overall good place for a storage unit.
I must say Iris at the Kedzie location was the most helpful and wonderful person to talk to. She took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made renting a storage unit quick and stress free.
Great storage unit area - easy to get in / out. Well maintained, the workers and Iris are always very helpful and informative with all my requests and needs. And no riff raff - they run a tight ship here.
