Great experience! Andy was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Really appreciate his help and did get a rental unit.
Well upon entering my unit was burglarize items were stolen.\n And now I have to go back-and-forth with the insurance and claim adjuster to prove what is mine, and they have the video. So be careful. If you rent a storage unit from here, just because you have a lock on does not mean your belongings are safe here. Rating 0
Employee was kind, Considerate and patient. I am very displeased with company and how they work with handicap people. There isn't any close parking and once in the building it is a long walk to a storage unit unless u want to go up a size and pay literally double the price. Very unhappy with how far away handicap parking is compared to where the elevator is. Very expensive for what u get.
