RecommendedFast, very friendly, the manager knows her stuff. Took me to the unit, offered me a lock to purchase (I declined as I have one) and then we rode her cart back to the office. Paperwork went quickly, all was clear. Affordable month price, tho I wanted to decline insurance but that is not possible (it's 60% of the rental of my tiny closet, which stinks. But I need space, doubt other storage places are different). Access was checked before I left. Very helpful.

The place is very clean. The staff is friendly and laid back. iI aIIbsolutely love the hours they are open to access your unit.
Haven't put anything in my unit yet, but got a huge thumbs up from another resident on the quality of service received! Price is great, location is great and customer service from Karen was stellar. I feel totally comfortable with leaving my goods in this unit and taking advantage of their $10 leased truck to get them there!
I needed to clear out my current home to get it ready to sell when I met Mike, the facility manager. He made the whole process very easy and he even explained the terms and conditions up front. Access to the units are easy and the hours are convenient. I highly recommend the West Chicago location. One less thing to worry about. Thanks Mike!
