Great service. Very customer friendly.
The Downers Grove facility is great. Nate was so helpful, patient, and transparent in answering all of my questions. Moving day on-site went very smoothly and the access to the unit is very convenient. Also- Jecel at the Woodridge facility was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and she connected me with Nate and the DG location because Woodridge didn’t have the size unit I needed. Overall- very pleased with the customer service from everyone I dealt with at CubeSmart.
Nate was extremely helpful in helping me get my unit set up and choosing the best length of time that would work for me. He was thorough and friendly.
