They were very helpful in telling me what to do to get into my storage unit, and they left me a welcome bag!
Originally, I was taken care of by Stacey who is so amazing and helpful. She took time out of her day to show me the unit and helped me figure out which size would work better for me. We chatted for a long time and it was a fun experience. Unfortunately, at the time I was unable to get the unit, but I came back in 2 weeks and Edward was able to pick up exactly where Stacey left off with zero complications.
