Clean lobby
There is a lot of security, which I like. There is an elevator and it's climate controlled. There also are dollies to help you move you items from the car to the storage which is a blessing. Much appreciated to all.
I want to give a high praise to the Customer Service Representative, Shalonda (or Shirlonda) She is very professional, always helpful, and willing to assist you and resolve any issues or concerns you have with your unit. She keeps the place clean and organized and takes pride in what she does. This particular CubeSmart always have exceptional people working for them. The Customer Service that I have experienced personally has been awesome. A FIVE rating for Shalonda's Exceptional Customer Service!
Been a customer way to long at this place...however, its always nice and clean, never had any issues. But wouldn't recommend them, EXPENSIVE AND CONSTANTLY GOING UP!🤬
Shalonda at this location I give 5 STARS because she's polite and knowledgeable. She exemplifies professionalism no matter what the situation is before her. The reason I gave 4 is because of the new costly changes, but I know "It's Business" as they say
