When I entered the store, I was pleasantly met by a young lady who told me her name was Tay. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, very informative, and I was very well pleased by this young lady. She smiled the entire time during the interaction and was very courteous.
The customer service from Shalonda at the Blue Island location has been wonderful. I appreciate the care and ease of processes. Very professional, I would be giving her 5 stars, the facility 4 due to facility and billing issues not related to the workers.
I’ve had a very positive experience with this CubeSmart location. The facility is clean, bright, spacious, and easily accessible, including after-hours access. Reserving my unit online and paying my bill were both convenient. When I opened my unit, there was a welcome bag from CubeSmart that included a very secure lock, which was a thoughtful touch. She was helpful, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
