Great customer experience, no need to go to the front desk. Buy online and go to your unit same day was amazing. The person at the front desk noticed I was struggling to figure out how to use the lock and came out to provide some much needed help. Cheapest storage lockers in the area and the best customer service I've seen from a storage locker company. Super happy with this purchase.
