Get away from this facillity. They will trick you and get you into the contract full of hidden charges and 'policies' that you wont be able to read anywhere.. but yetc, you signed it... right? Use any other company
Been a happy customer for 7 years. Today I received a "friendly reminder" voicemail from Shelly about my account. She didn't mention it was regarding a payment and I appreciate the discretion. I recently lost the debit card that I pay my monthly fees with. I just received the new one late Saturday And today being Sunday I called back in and Shelly took my new card information and made sure my payment was considered on time. RecommendedDarren was so nice to work with. As a first time user of of a storage unit, he explained everything I needed to know. The storage area is neatly laid out and very clean. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone who needs a storage space. I like the idea that you can rent the space for as short a time as a month. Thank you, CubeSmart.

We have been great customers for over 5 years. On March 30th 2019 we moved out. Prior to moving out I called and talk with the lady at front desk, informing her we were moving out. She told us okay just make sure you sweep out the cubicle. We came back on Thursday the 4th to sweep it out. In the mean time they charged our credit card 199.00 for the whole month and will not renew the money. Do not use their automatic payment because they will rip you off!
We just moved our storage unit to Cubesmart, Elk Grove Village. Darren and Shelly are an amazing team. The best customer service ever. Our group highly recommends Cubesmart.
