Been a happy customer for 7 years. Today I received a "friendly reminder" voicemail from Shelly about my account. She didn't mention it was regarding a payment and I appreciate the discretion. I recently lost the debit card that I pay my monthly fees with. I just received the new one late Saturday And today being Sunday I called back in and Shelly took my new card information and made sure my payment was considered on time.
