Do not store your stuff here. Place is Terrible. Paid extra for climate controlled storage (lots of books!) and they put me in the basement, which is full of leaky pipes and mice. It felt clearly humid and damp for a so called "climate controlled" location. They literally have buckets out catching leaks. I complained about the humidity and they offered those dehumidifier strips, but the unit doesnt even have a ceiling, so its not like that would do anything. Just checked on my stuff today and theres mouse poop on it. Disgust... read more
Freight elevator was not working. No sign on it to let customers know. Had to call the office and asked if they knew the freight elevator was down and they said yes. Talked to another customer and he said it happens frequently and at one point both elevators were down.
