Ivan was awesome and very helpful.
This CubeSmart is a lousy business. Their dumpster hasn't been serviced in 3 weeks because they stopped paying Rumpke. At night, the homeless population stays here because they really do not care. I've called their headquarters in PA, Columbus Public Health, and called the city of Columbus and nothing changes...... Got their rediculous automated message to me, and yes, I did reach out to " help@cubesmart.com" and they are as imcompetent as said "owner" !!
Lied about having 1 month free at move in but then decides to charge the following month. It’s not free at all and you still have to pay from move in and every month. They cover it with other fees
Ivan was great and easy work with. Clear and answered all my questions.
Ivan was extremely helpful in getting our account set up for move in the same day. There was a line of people and he worked with each person with patience and respect. The unit was easy to access and had a parking lot on site so several of us could move in items at once. Highly recommend since I ended up there after two bad previous experiences at nearby storage facilities.
