The employees had closed the office 30minutes early. Had to register the unit over the phone and when I got all my stuff loaded into the unit I found the lock they provided didn’t even work on the unit. After troubleshooting with support they wouldn’t even get an employee back on site and instead re-assigned me an indoor unit. Luckily the new unit and it’s lock worked but having to carry furniture through hallways was a real pain. Its probably worth going somewhere else due to staff not being on the property alone.
