Online process was easy and employees were nice and helpful. However my unit was disgusting when I opened it. Spiders cobwebs and rat traps on floor. It looked abandoned and not cleaned for me. They also hid the fact that a $16 monthly protection plan was mandatory.
He does a great job and he's nice and polite.
