Bad customer service. I don't understand the reason why Mr. Richard, property manager at Hallandale Beach Fl. location was very rude with the customers, unprofessional treat and very aggresive with me, and his superior do nothing. I just asking a simple question about my invoice and the reason for prices changed and he starting to fight with me, bad phone manners, without any reason. I would NEVER recommend renting a storage unit from this company. We rented one for our college student to store their items during the summer months. When we returned to move the items to her home in August EVERYTHING was covered in mold, the unit had standing water in it. The roof leaked and destroyed EVERYTHING! SROA taking zero responsibility!! Will NEVER recommend them. Completely taking advantage of college students!!!!

The billing is terrible, rate increases as much as they can get. Every time I stopped by to make a payment they were closed. Go somewhere else and save yourself a lot of hassle.

Since our storage facility has became Storage Rentals of American we have had nothing but problems. You cannot get a hold of anyone to talk to and when you leave a message no one calls you back!! We have movers in less than 12 hours and cannot even access our 2 units!!!!
