Update: After someone at SRA saw this bad review, I was finally contacted about receiving a refund. (I'd asked for refunds for December, the month the stuff was stolen, and January, because I found it stolen on January 1. Instead of the refund, I got a bill for February.) Then they asked me to change my review. I did receive my refund. But, I contest their claim in their response to this review that they took my concerns seriously. They overall ok .what they can improve on the website give local numbers to each office to see who is open to pay and assist you with j our pin and such
Matt was very helpful. He even shoveled the snow in front of unit to make unloading easier. He went above and beyond what he had to do. He is an asset to SROA.
