Initially, I gave them a good review but now I am changing it. They bait and switched me. I signed up under a deal where I got 2 months free then the monthly rent would be $47 a month. I paid one month at $47 and they immediately raised the rent to $66. Be aware if signing up under a special, don't expect to pay the special rate beyond one month. 3 stars because I know my items are safe there and their customer service is good. Just not their billing practices.
