I needed storage for my fishing boats. Pamela reached out to me and set me up with the perfect space that I need. She was very helpful and also friendly, which is make or break in my book.
There was several large oil stains on the floor, the door was almost impossible to close without falling off the track. The lock mechanism was rusted out. I spent about 15 min just trying to shut the door. I had to dig out a bunch of leaves & rotted debris by hand in freezing cold weather to even shut the door. The sign up form asked if I wanted insurance. I opted for no insurance. But then I noticed it was forced onto my account.
