I had an excellent experience at Cube smart, the staff were very polite and helpful and I reserved a unit before I decided at no cost; yay! I was given a tour of the unit before I signed the lease which was easy and speedy process. The unit was clean, good air quality and meets my needs. I recommend Cubesmart for storage needs. Came in to upgrade and Richard was a wonderful help thank you so much!
Horrible customer service. We have a unit here and our card expired, they sent us an email to notify us (great!). The email said they can’t take payments over the phone (annoying, but fine), so my husband and I went in and put a new card on file on a Friday. The following Monday I receive call that they need a new card, called back 10 mins later, left a voicemail saying we stopped in and could they call back to confirm they have the new card. Quick and easy process, building is clean and easy to navigate; multiple entry/access points available into the storage bldg. Don was great at setting us up and giving us a quick tour of the facility.
